Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas to ensure a tidy and efficient environment. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to support seamless operations. Operate and maintain various equipment and tools safely and effectively. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, hazard-free workplace. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the facility. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality. Report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to management immediately. Take on additional duties as required to support overall business needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar general worker or labor role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic knowledge of hand tools, cleaning equipment, or warehouse machinery is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to rotate across different departments and work areas as operational needs change.
