Position Summary:
The Customer Service Agent will act as the primary point of contact for passengers, managing all front-line customer interactions. This role is critical in enhancing the travel experience through professional ticket sales, booking management, and effective resolution of service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes while clearly communicating all relevant terms, conditions, and procedures.
· Manage customer needs during operational disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations.
· Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the duty supervisor.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all passenger information.
· Uphold the highest standards of customer service across all interactions.

Essential Requirements:

· Grade 12 certificate or equivalent national qualification.
· Proven experience in an airport environment and ticket sales is mandatory.
· Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Superior command of the English language, both written and verbal, with professional telephone etiquette.
· Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and customer service excellence.
