· Customer Order Fulfillment and Service: Directly engage with customers by accurately providing their orders, offering knowledgeable assistance, and ensuring they receive prompt, friendly service. You will be a key ambassador for the BUCO brand on the front lines.
· Logistics and Stock Management: Play a central role in the physical movement of goods. This includes the careful loading and offloading of delivery vehicles, as well as the systematic packing, organization, and replenishment of yard stock to maintain an orderly and accessible sales environment.
· Asset Care and Maintenance: Take pride in the upkeep of our assets by conducting thorough cleaning and safeguarding of company vehicles. You will also be responsible for comprehensive Wash Bay activities, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and operational readiness.
· Operational Support and Safety: Provide essential assistance to both customers and suppliers on the ground, facilitating smooth transactions and deliveries. A constant focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment for staff and customers alike is paramount.

Minimum Qualifications and Candidate Profile
